Wairarapa 4WD day November 24,

A 4WD public day fundraiser is being organised by the Wairarapa branch of the Alzheimers Society, in conjunction with Wairarapa 4WD Club, Masterton. To be held on November 24, it will allow privileged access through the stations Glendu, Glenburn, Honeycombe Rock, SummerHill, Cragielea, RockyHill.

Start at Martinborough Square at 9am; cost $80 per vehicle. Requirements: your 4WD must have low range transfer box and reasonable tyres. Bring your own lunch, and don’t forget a camera!

CLUMZ1 and I will be there with bells on! Heading up Saturday evening.

EDIT: apparently around 80 vehicles going. Should be a great trip.

absolutely wonderful day! except for the cyclist who started yelling & accusing us of heinous crimes we did not commit.

Hot, sunny & very dusty!
Beautiful views and everyone got along nicely.
Any reports of damage though?

cheers, just iPhone pics so nothing amazing, would have been nice to have taken a dslr.

just realised that you own the JK, I remember pointing it out half way thru the trip.
