Re: has anyone re index torsions on a surf kzn130
did my mitzi yesterday, pretty easy if its the same. wind one way for up, the other way for down. mine went up about 25 mm before settling at about 20mm
Re: has anyone re index torsions on a surf kzn130
Ball joint spacers & longer shocks? you can only lift the torsions about 50mm and even at that it would be at full droop with arms on the bump stops.

Re: has anyone re index torsions on a surf kzn130
the 1 inch spacer (gives ~2" lift) fits in without cutting anything........just! and is fairly well hidden.

How bigs the rear lift i.e. What are you wanting to match? Id go for 1.5" it will require some cutting but piss easy. Space the bottom bump stops so they cant droop as far too as they'll have 1.5" more travel. PS a 1" spacer gives 1" of lift (sometimes less depending on load e.g. Winch bullbar spotties etc). And a 1.5" gives 1.5". You can get more from tweaking the bars some more. Diff drop and sway bar spacers aren't essential either. $105ish USD for 1.5" bj spacers incl all hardware.
