Anyone want some coil spacers??

Post by icekayak »

Anyone interested in some coil spacers for a vitara?
Just got some material but only came in enough to do a couple of trucks, so going to use mine as a gunie pig for some 25mm ones probably, but if anyone wants some after that should be able to whack up a couple more with the stuff i've got for a reasonable price

Its the proper stuff (UHWMPE in Black). Will only cost a couple of bucks to ship round the country.

I do not know the legalities of using them and if they need to be certed or not. I suspect they need to be however...

Yeh can do front and back (pretty sure anyway)
But will confirm once got them onto mine...

Price depends on size and how long it takes me to cut them all out. but would guestimate about $80 a set initially for 30mm ones.... possibly slightly less for a guniee pig out there...

Remember that cos of the front geometery it will be 1.5 times what ever you put in, and the back is 1 times.
ie if you put 30mm spacers all round you will get 45mm lift at front and 30mm at rear.

Will be similar to these (note u only need 4 to do a car) but in black (cos looks more stock)

icekayak, do you still have some of that stuff lying around? I would be keen for a couple of 20mm ones, for the front of my Vitara.

Otherwise, can you tell me where you got that stuff from?

Are you handy with a drill?
