Post by Brenick »

Looking at getting a snorkel for my 1998 Mistral. Any suggestions on the best place to get one?

EBAY in the UK. don't bother with any other company in the southern hemisphere. even if you air frieghted it over night from england it's still cheaper then buying one new in nz. farkin thieving bastards.

or go to an exhaust shop and get one made out of three inch stainless then just buy the hat....still cheaper then buying one off the shelf for a mistral.

yes i have a grudge against money gouging asswipes who think there made in taiwan extruded plastic kits are worth half a K+ gst...wankers

look at this you can buy 5 off the chinese for up to 36 US dollars a piece. hell who cares if you break it you got 4 more....

http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/986553392/LLDPE_car_snorkel_Nissan_Navara_D22.html

and even trading at 51 cents to the pound this one will still only cost half the price of one here in nz..

In case the mishandeling beast leaves the road and falls in a river. Can't quite make out from your photo what you drive?

the 5 door is the same chassi as a WD21 terrano....I dare you to say that to simon..... 8)

try the tank traps up on the defence force land for starters a few land cruisers swallowed water even with snorkels on.
