Project rubber duck

Reason behind the name : Zukis float good.

so its a 1991 suzuki vitara SWB manual, carbie
So far done

This is where it started

Tyres: 235/75r15 Hankook RT01
Sway bar removal
1x rear tow hook.

To do
3 inch suspention lift from calmini
full cage
rear locker
snorkel
front, rear and side protection
winch
slotted front disks
exhaust.

Finally got the front skid plate on,

its got a peice of 40mm angle iron between the front of the suspention arms, and a peice of 4mm alloy covering the front diff.

New front bumper done.

its made from 50mmx 5mm thick steam pipe, mated to some 50mm 5mm thick strap.

took me 1 day to build, and its great stuff to weld, cause you just crank up the voltage and don't worry about blowing holes.

now got some of my exhaust done, soon to go on lukey headers.

running 2 louvered cobys in there ATM.

sounds like a mini cooper rally car, just not as loud :twisted:

Also flipped the strut top mounts
