Clutch slip after getting stuck

Post by jade_l »

Got my surf stuck today in fairly deep mud now the clutch is slipping big time, im guessing this is quite a common problem.
Just wondering have you fellas addressed this in the past?

Chucked the hose in there yesterday then took it for a blat still slipped but could actually drive it down the street, hosed it out again and it had full friction, no slip under full throttle.
Then this morning it slipped quite heavily on the way to work.
And funnily enough the boot is in very good condition.

use a piece of wood to hold the pedal down and leave the hose running in there over night mate
