No I'd never steal someone else's vehicle.. I know what it feels like to have one taken!!

It's my truck I want to get it road legal again but I hear the whole re-vin process can be quite touchy about very minor things.. Don't want to be wasting money to fail.

Defently do the re vin way might cost you a little bit more but is LEGAL around 1000 for the complete process and its like a warrent if you fail get it fixed and go back for a re-check.

Its been a few years since I've re vinned a car but back then if it was pre 1993 and previously registered in nz it was $280 to get it revinned and the check wasn't much harder then a wof.
