So how do these work? When I opened the drawings there was only one ring. Do you just get two cut the same size? How would someone then stick them on a rim. Cut the old lip off weld on the inner ring them slip the tyre over and bolt on new ring (obviously all balanced etc) do you need to weld the old lip on the oter ring?

Need two different size rings.

You need to cut the lip off and weld it to the outer ring, also need to cut the rim lip off to suit the bead thickness for the tyre you are running.
