Ammo boxes for sale $40 each
Re: Ammo boxes for sale $40 each
How heavy are these to send to aucks or will that be too painful?

Re: Ammo boxes for sale $40 each
Not heavy but bulky. To be honest for this price I'd prefer a pick up or I can drop off in town. The cost of postage will make these not such a great deal I'm guessing.
You probably wont find these for this price ever again (small boxes are around $20) and I need the cash for truck bits... I'm running out of cash and stuff to sell

Re: Ammo boxes for sale $40 each
Sorry none left, unless I pour my ammo out on the floor. When they are empty I'll sell em - might be a long time though - got lots (1000's) of pellet pushers and shot launchers.
So basically no. None left. I'l chat to my "contacts" and see if I can get a few more oneday...

Re: Ammo boxes for sale $40 each
new gun laws state you cant have your bolts and your ammo in the same location even if there a separate locking unit in your safe. so im on the look out for one for my bolts

Oh, best I check up on that. Bolts are usually locked up in the locking cupboard in the E cat safe at a mates place and Ammo kept here.
That rule seems a bit stupid to be honest, cant lock them up in the safe with the rifles so what do we do with them (put em in a drawer)?
Or do you mean the ammo cant go in the safe with everything else?

i went reference for a mate and was rung up by Jim who does the licencing.
apparently they have to be locked away (secured) but not in the same place. ie in the same gun safe even if there a separate lockable unit

Re: Ammo boxes for sale $40 each
When did the rules change? You'd think they'd let us know, after all they have our details.
What happens to Semi autos and pump guns?
Ah well time for another safe (pistol one I guess) and I'll keep the bolts at my place separated from the rifles by 20Kms. We can keep or passports in it as well I guess.
