Suzuki sj413 weber 32/36 problem

Post by wayfastwhitee »

Hey,

I just purchased a 32/36 weber from redline in America.
The kit came with adapter plates and is made to run the stock
Air cleaner.
I've set it all up and it idles well and also revs well on the spot.
The problem I am having is when accelerating at about 20kmh it begins
To miss and flood. It then will not go any faster.
I installed a fuel pressure regulator but it still has the same problem and is
Chewing through spark plugs.
I've called a lot of different places around town and no one wants to know about it.
I am looking for someone / some business who can help me to get the thing running as it is my daily.
I'm in the Christchurch area,
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom.

I played round with 32/36 webbers on old 1300cc Corollas back in the day. They came out on 2lt Cortinas and needed bigger jets to suit the smaller capacity engine. Less vacuum blah blah. Is your float level correct?
