Nissan Terrano D21 Factory Bash Plate instal

Hi everyone,

I have recently purchased a Nissan terrano Skid Plate ( see pic below )

I am currently wondering if i made a mistake with the purchase.
Can somebody please tell me what the exact requirements are to mount this bash plate to the bottom of my 95 D21 Diesel terrano.
The seller has said it comes with a rear mounting bracket.

I have heard about a middle bracket that is necessary but then I have also heard that it isn't necessary. The Plate hasn't arrived yet so i cannot try it out.
