WTB - 1st Gen LWB Prado

I'm on the lookout for an early Prado (1990-96 I believe). Must be a LWB. Not too fussy if its 2.4 or 3.0 although obviously 3.0 is preferred. Would like a manual but auto will be ok too. Hoping to get one with factory diff lock.
My budget is around 6K, is that achievable or am I dreaming?

You should easily get a 2.4l for 6k, might get a 3.0l with higher k's for that price also. Another option if you are mechanically inclined would be to find a 2.4 Prado with a busted 2L-TE and swap it out for a 5L and fit the 2.4's turbo gear to it.

You might find a 2.4 in half decent nick for that money. You'd be very lucky to find a 3.0 that's ok. A factory diff lock on either is very unlikely to be found in that price bracket.
