Safari manual gbox notchy

What are your cures for a "just enough to be annoying" notch shifting gbox?
Does anyone run an additive to smooth out the shifting?

If your clutch is set up correctly and pressure plate in good condition ,
Moreys heavy duty oil stabilizer or lucas also do one,
The alternative is redline blue oil but keep in mind these gearboxes are a big truck box and are quite industrial to change gears with

aussies rate that nulon g70 additive. castrol vmx seems to be a good oil too.

Replacing the nylon bushings on the bottom of the gear stick can make a difference too

I've just now changed the oil to the castrol vmx 80 and holy crap what a difference!
Cheers guys, I'll go find some more annoying pieces to ask questions about now.......
