Hi,
I have a brand new water pump and fan.
And im sure the fan never spins faster when it gets hot.
Say if I get the engine temp to around 90 and turn the car off.
Should I be able to spin the fan by hand?

In my TD27 I have head the fan lock up Twice in 8 years, both times it has been loaded on a bloody hot day with the A/C on. Is it overheating?
