PTO shaft bearing brackets

Post by Eddie Auckland »

I bought a second hand PTO from a fella for a 70 series Landcruiser. Turns out that I did not get two vital pieces of kit, the brackets that attach the shaft bearings to the chassis. Photos attached. I have contacted the dude in the hope that he still has them on the chassis and has not sold the wreck, but in the event of him not having them, where can I track them down. The photos are from another truck in the 4wd club. Thanks in advance! Note that I have the bearings, it is the rear and front brackets that I am after.

You could make some out of pipe with a retainer on it and make up a bracket that suits.. You might find most are being used so hard to get..
