Ssangyong Musso 2001 any good?

This has the Mercedes 5 cylinder diesel OM602 engine but I know nothing about Ssangyong Musso's , are they any good? I want a comfy ride that can also go on the beach. so many bloody choices out there I don't know what to get

Personally I wouldn't touch one with a barge pole, much better to go for something Japanese that will be easier to get parts for and probably lots more knowledge available about them too.

go buy a 93-94ish 2.8 pajero good on the beach and comfy to drive. And there be a parts car in every town from north cape to bluff

Ssangyong musso sounds more like a cell fone then a 4wd can't go past a land cruiser mate lest you can drive it home afta the beach

if its anything like the korando the diffs are made of cheese, merc licenced engine (good unless bob plays with it )

love it good reply's from previous owners there. Nothing wrong with the motor or gear box most of wheel bearings etc. are from Holden. The do not like landing tends to strip the ring gear. Good trucks and parts are not hard to find in saying that I wouldn't buy another one.
