Terrano swaybar mount wanted

I noticed a familiar knocking sound yesterday when coming out of Flock Hill Station. I have had this knocking sound once before, at Christmas time while travelling along a flat sealed section of sealed road in the Hurunui area between Culverden and the Balmoral forest.

Upon closer inspection I quickly noticed what this knocking noise was.

This is the second time I have managed to somehow break this swaybar mount on the same side. I can not see how this is happening at all.

If anyone has a truck they are parting out, I will happily take your your mounts ;-)

Someone mentioned in another post on here that the Mistral swaybar may fit too? Can anyone confirm this?

I'd say one of your torsion rods is doing more work then the other.

Apart from the obvious, looking at the front to see if the truck sits level and or measuring, is there any other way to check this?

On level ground if you jack from the centre of the rear diff so the rear wheels are off the ground, you can check if the vehicle tilts over to one side. Could be torsions uneven, or an uneven weight distribution.
In pic it appears there's a blue spacer between bracket and chassis?
If so it could that be causing bracket to not sit correctly against chassis, causing bracket to twist with loading (and eventually fracture), instead of sitting snugly against chassis? Just a thought, as I haven't checked my wagon to see exactly how they seat.

the easiest way to see if the torsion bars are loaded equally is to look at the the adjuster bolts and measure how much thread is protruding from each....

Taking into consideration that they have also been indexed equally aswell.

Now to see if one or they other is carrying more wieght is a different story,.

Undo one side of your sway bar from the A arm on level ground...IF they are okay the sway bar wont move as you undo the connecting rod.

Then do the opposite side.

If the connecting rod starts to pull through the hole as you undo it, and the aforementioned indexing is correct then one of your torsion bars is sagging

Looking at your pic there and making the assumption your parked on level ground I'd say your right /drivers side rod is out or sagged.
