Photo Album Problems

Don't know if this is a problem on your end or not :roll:

windows on my PC is failing AGAIN!!!

Anyway if I try and add pics its coming up with a message

"You are no allowed to perform this action !"

When I hit the upload button ???
If this is me let me know and I'll find a BFH to hit this thing with :evil:
