The difference in listing/commission/sale price % makes trademe much more attractive and turners looks like a bit of a rip off.
turners or trademe?
turners or trademe?
Has anyone sold their vehicle through Turners auctions and what would be the benefit of doing it through them rather than chucking it on TradeMe?

Re: turners or trademe?
TM seems to have a bigger audience, the ad seems the cheapest rather than the auction with higher fees

Try facebook ....heaps of ppl now sell stuff thru there & its FREE !!
Re: turners or trademe?
I would go with trade me but only because its what I always use. Turners would be great if you just wanted someone else to do all the running around.
Re: turners or trademe?
Trademe would get people from all over New Zealand, who are specifically searching for that model/make possibly viewing it.
Turners would just get foot traffic, with the off chance someone is looking for what you have.
plus with trademe you can still use it while its on the website. you cant do that with it parked up in a turners yard.

Re: turners or trademe?

Cheers for the tips, all good points. I'll probably be sticking with TradeMe at this point.
