I reckon it would be a lot easier to sell if you fixed up those last little things, people are really overdoing the whole "its got something wrong with it I'll offer you half what you're asking" so if you don't give them anything to complain about they can't try and use it as leverage to rip you off.

yep your right mate, Im just being lazy, Im busy as hell at the mo with family and work, Iv got a couple of good chaps talking too me so Il see where that goes.
