2007 Winch Challenge rules

Post by PeterVahry »

The rules for winch challenge events that are linked to the NZFWDA, or others who want their event to be part of the planned national series, have been finalised for the 2007 year.

They can be found at http://www.4x4challenges.org.nz

The aim is to have standardised rules to reduce confusion and so that the scoring system is the same for all winch challenges.

The NZFWDA recognises 4x4 Challenges NZ Inc as the sanctioning body.

4x4 Challenges NZ Inc is a club set up to organise winch challenge and other events and will assist wherever possible those who want to organise winch challenges.

Gidday there
Is 4x4 challenges going to send out membership forms to the drivers that were at the meeting on the 12th of November in Auckland?
Cheers

Yes, there will be membership forms available. There are some questions about the way the competition licences are compiled that are being worked through still. Our main effort has been to get those rules out and the logbooks etc are following.
