Ive done a few. They work out about $1200+gst, incl dump pipe fitted, with one 300mm straight resonator. Thats custom per truck though.
Chances are Autobend probably do one, probably Rage or something. They do a mint 3" for 80 series cruisers.

I'm also after one but for a kzn185 surf...autobend dont list one in their Rage catalogue but I might try them Monday see what they say. Worth the call OP as I had one of their 3" kits in my 80series... excellent fit and performance boost.

I checked with them a couple of weeks back and nothing.

I'm also looking for a 3 inch system inc dump pipe for a kzn130.

Zed, Private message me if you want one made by my friend in Palmy. Will need your truck for about 3 days, I guess. Will do a good price, but can't discuss price here, as the choice of rear muffler influences price heaps( mild steel cheapy right up to stainless with expensive tip)
If any other KZN185 owners want one made up at the same time, we can use zed's truck to make one for you and freight it to you.
if anyone has a kzn130 within handy distance of Palmy(and needs an exhaust), get in touch too please, Same deal will apply. Great price, in exchange for using your rig for a few days.

Because it takes time to make a jig, and double check all clearances on a large diameter exhaust on an off road vehicle where the pipe has to go over the rear axle, and because it takes time to install a pyro so we can measure before and after temperatures, and because it takes time to get the truck dyno tested twice, to provide before and after figures, and you are also assuming the guy is only making one exhaust, but as you can see, I've offered to make up an exhaust for any 'out of town' Surf owners at the same time.
I'm just being sensible IMHO.
Just to be clear, are you offering your services to forum members,or just bagging me?

You dont need to get all nato i was just asking a question thats all

I now understand threw all the "because bullshit" you added that you take a few days because you want figures of performance and temps.

Ive never really worried about that and gone to uniweld said ruffly what i wamt to acheieve and he tells me if im on right track or any changes he wants to make and then they do it while i wait thats why i couldnt understand why you need 3 days

Well true to his word BlakeNZ has sorted out a fantastic mandrel bent 3" system for my kzn185, including a high flow dump pipe all fitted and professionally manufactured. The system not only looked great but performs superbly as well. For the first time the nearly 2 ton 4x4 happily lights up both rears (lsd, auto, with oversize tyres on), and finally lets the 3 litre engine breathe properly when the revs come on. Its a very different truck to drive and my grin says it all!! :-D

Anyone looking for a better flowing and better performing system should get in touch with Blake NZ and he can sort you out.

One very happy Surf peddler :-D
