Easter weekend 2014

Got back last night from 3 days of awesome 4wding up Ohakune way with a bunch of great guys.

Bit of truck damage and some lost skin but nothing a few delicious tuis didn't sooth.

Hope everyone is having a good easter.

only thing of a 4wd nature I did this weekend was 2 short drives of a ml merc fulltime 4wd, 4.2 litre engine, not a bad bit of kit
89 safari, pto winch, 33x15 simexs. sliders,75mm lift . turbo intercoolered

Replace rear brake shoes and slave cylinder...need to check the disc conversion threads out in more detail... :evil: :evil: :evil: bloody drums

Repainted the ute cab and rewired the tail lights :D Just deck to go then finished till next summer :lol:

Changed tranny oil in nanara and raised it 30ml took kids for a wee play around my fathers farm

Had a busy weekend playing down in Pureora, Te Rino came away a little banged up.
Had to replace the CV boot & Idler arm on the way home. :evil:
Bit of a list of small cosmetic things to do this week too, thank god for a trusted rubber mallet :D
