brake bleading

hi, i have Nissan mistral 1995, i have changed all the brake seals and brake fluid. After bleeding the brakes the pedal stops at half way but when i start the engine the pedal touches the floor. even though it touches the floor i can still stop the vehicle. i have changed the master cylinder also but no improvement at all.

please need some advice on this.

did you bench bleed the master before you put it on your wagon?
