Yeah I've seen that one before, trying to find something undamaged.
Wouldn't really know where to find another pulley.

I brought a spare air con pump, when I got another steerbox. but GQ run the nasty aircon gas , and coms need new seals to run the less efficient, gas they have now

It won't be for air con, I'm going for an endless air setup. I thought if I use the original compressor it will be easier to sort out. I will probably put a grease nipple on it as I believe they don't run any type of greasing system from the factory.

Put an inline oiler on the inlet side - about $5 from Supercheap. Or plumb the air inlet to the rocker cover breather to get nice oily air

I assume I will need something on the outlet to remove the oil then, catch can etc.

Doesn't get hot enough in the deep south to warrant aircon. Certainly not the humidity you guys up north get anyway.
Re: WTB: Nissan GQ 24v air con compressor
Grease nipple works fine, mine done this way, been running for years without problems. Check out the endless air website, that's how they do it.
Re: WTB: Nissan GQ 24v air con compressor
I'm running an air tank which lets the oil & water settle out. You could also put an oil separator on the outlet
