BUYING SUZUKI ESCUDO/VITARA

Post by zukst »

Hi am looking at buying a Suzuki, after a lot of thinking about it and was wondering if there are any models to avoid? Whether carb vs fuel injected is better with these (herd carb was a lot more thirsty on gas not sure if true or not).
Other thing I was wandering is if you can run 235/75R15 MT tyres on standard suspension without rubbing or do you have to install a 30mm suspension lift?
Going to be my daily driver as well as 4x4.
Also any other buying advice would be good.

Go the 16 valve motor, more power and better on fuel. But make sure it gets extractors to avoid head cracking. Should fit 235's standard, may need to hammer the seams inside the guards.
