Yahooooooo, Betsie is there parked out the front of the Expedition Center work shop in Sydney!!!!!

Image

Very hard to express how relieved I'm feeling right now!!!! Been a stressful few weeks waiting, and then last week the Customs and AQIS process, which actually went very smoothly in hind sight!!!

8 days of work to go :D :D :D :D

This morning the ship is on its way to Melbourne:

That can only mean Betsie is sitting on the wharf in Sydney awaiting Customs and AQIS clearance. Maybe by the end of the week it might be through :D

Not to sidetrack the thread but how come we can see the position and heading of ships but can't planes.............. MH370????

Cheers for that Coxy, will be just bushing camping it, but will be extra carefull after that warning!!!

Not much to post and report as yet, just been motoring north. Done nearly 1800ks since Sydney and have got as far as Tannum Sands. T . Shirt and shorts weather.

Problems so far:

Loose gear knob
Loose steering wheel boss kit
Coolent weep from low water sensor
Loose drive flange bolts on D.S front hub.

Stayed at with some friends in Burrum Heads the other night :D :D

This is Dave, and it has been EVERYWHERE there is to go in Australia. If there's somewhere worth going, it's been there!!

You have to zoom the map out for ages before you see anything but desert, when you do you see a great view of where hes been. Very impressive.
