am after any tips for removing a Disc rotor...
I have a stripped wheel stud that i need to replace, but in order to do that, i have to remove the Disc Rotor.
After removing the caliper, i have sprayed in the stud holes with penetrating oil, left it over night, and then beat on the Rotator Hat (if thats what you call it) and it hasn't budged one bit...
And just now, i used bottle jack from the frame to the disc, to apply outward pressure while beating it with an even bigger hammer.
Still no movement.
What tricks are there that will help me get it off...?
I don't think the rotor has ever been off, as it had the factor retaining clips still in place...
so, i need to break 14 years of rust...
Help...
p.s. my rotors don't have the threaded hole in them that you screw a bolt into to push them off...
