80 series snorkel

Post by kiwipete »

Hi all, I am looking at ideas on a snorkel for my 80 series cruiser.

I am toying around getting a plastic moulded one or going for a steel one from Autobend.

What are your preferences?
Ok people, move along. Nothing to see here. Thank you, move along.

The Autobend ones will require a lot of modification to fit. I gave up buying them to be honest and now just buy mandrel elbows and glue them together. Go 4" through the bonnet :D :D Call it future proofing

I like my one, but in terms of ease for a mild offroader, Id probably go for a safari one next time.
