hi wanting opinions on whether to go for a v6 or td27 terrano for a bush truck...won't be legal not fussed on whether auto or manual

The TD cant be beat for reliability but the v6 does have more grunt, the diesel will be much cheaper to run as well.
Personally I would go diesel

There's only 1 single minor advantage in the v6 and that's power, but not much, but then the td27s can be made to scream easy too..

Honestly there is no real argument.
The td27 is simpler, more reliable, beter on gas more water proof and with a few tweeks will provide more power than the v6

the v6 has bigger gear box and front diff and cv's
