That works out better than I thought
Now all I have to do is go annoy the staff at BNT to see if I can find a disk that has a big enough hat to snug up to the caliper and I'm sorted
The posts are better than the original idea as the blank for machining the caliper backing plate from only needs to be 30mm thick not 50mm

OB Casting is something I've only done at school and something I've never really considered, don't even know anybody locally who does
How do the prices compare to profile cut plate, realistically I'm looking at 5hrs machining per set to couture them to fit, with say 3hrs to a shaped casting so I'm only going to save 2hrs so lets say that gives me (time + materials) around $140 per pair to spend on castings.... is it worth it or is the profile cut a cheaper option

Thank you guys you've been a big help

Go to this link , it is a passenger car rotor pdf that has the rotor hieghts .

http://eziautoparts.com.au/pdf/Protex_Disc_Rotors.pdf

Brembo has them also , I has a searchable web site . ie put in size that you want and it will try and match , I did not find it very helpful thou :(

http://bremboaftermarket.com/En/Car_Dis ... hMode=Size

http://www.acdelco.com.au/PDFs/Catalogu ... Rotors.pdf

( heights are at the end by part no so a bit of a pain )
