What size tyres will fit a stock height k96 challenger

As above stock height challenger

Im still a newbie whose slowly getting stuff done to my semi-virgin challenger

I'm wanting to know how big i can go using the factory 16x7 they currently have factory spec size 255/70/16 tyres but was wanting to get muds in a bigger size.

Was looking at getting 40mm springs eventually and just winding the torsions but keep hearing alot of cons about winding factory torsions.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

if you put. spaced out rims on it you can follow a safari and not fall into the standard ruts ,+19 rims

Would just getting some safari rims work as aren't they 16 x 8

I was surfing trademe for something suitable hence the question.

I don't go off road enough (mostly due to fuel) to justify a new set (only brought recent snorkel cause there so damn hard to find for my model)

I'm just gonna stick with ATs on the factory rims and just look for a full secondhand set of rims and tyres once funds allow.

32"s fit, 33"s rub with a normal offset. Lots of cutting and lifting to fit 33"s with -44 offset

Yea i knew 33s were a pain without suspension and body lifts

So will 32s fit without a lift am i hearing this correctly.
