Are 15 x 8 or 15 x 10 rims for 36x12.5 swampers

You would be better off with 15X8's as they will hold the bead better at low pressures, you will find on the tyre sidewall that the manufacturer specifies a rim width of 8-12", so legally you can run 8" rims with these tyres.
