This is awesome news ! Such a great race with all the different classes, you get some interesting machines at the start line.
Went to it the 1st year they ran it, we rode our dirt bikes over a back trail from Arrowtown and tried to enter at the gate
The organisers weren't keen on that so we leaned our bikes on the road fence and watched for the day.
Wonder if they can get Rod Millen back to race Monster again

So glad this could happen again.
We entered at Subaru powered quad the 2nd year, its seems the combination of turbo and avgas was too much for it tho

Was there more than one? Pretty sure I remember seeing that on tv and questioning the riders sanity
