Hey guys anyone got the bits to turbo a 3L lieing around that they would part with as I'm in the process of turbo ing mine

Exalust Manifold
Inlet manifold
Cross over pipes
A ct20 doesn't really matter what condish as I'm going to get it rebuild anyway

might be able to help, got all those bits off my 2lte, how much were you looking at spending?

Aren't you going to drop the turbo onto your replacement 3L?

Na to do it properly would mean decreasing the compression and getting it dump tuned. So basically can't be stuffed

??? no need to change compression. not sure what you mean by dump tuned but wind up the fuel a tad will do the job.

Dump tuned??
Just a case of swapping manifolds, oil cooler plate, run a turbo drain, hook up water lines for turbo if it has them, and fit the boost compensator from turbo injector pump to the 3L Pump. and Bobs your aunties second cousin twice removed.

I saw a complete 1kz turbo engine in an upside down surf this weekend just passed...bit of a drive to get to it though,
