Wont need manual huns as they will most likely be full time sinces its a kzn130, but do sugest u put them on saves the drive train alot, there is a wire there u will need to join together to make 4wd light work.
Can i ask why you want to get rid of vacum front diff? I never had issues with mine just the motor on gearbox that engaged 4wd was my issue

no need to buy another diff. engage the collar inside and put a hose clip around the shaft to stop it coming off. that locks it into place.
manual hubs are always good. saves a lot of wear and tear on the cv and prop shaft.
you will still need to use the button to engage 4x4 as the transfer selector is electric motor driven.
if you want stick only you will need to change transfer box. on the plus side the stick type transfer you can get lower ratio gears for.
