Placing the boards posed a serious risk to public safety and was a serious offence under the Crimes Act, carrying a maximum penalty of five years' jail, he said.


Or life if you happen to kill someone with them :shock: :x

bastards!! Wonder who would get proscuted in the sad eventuality? The buggers would hide behind the numbers of residents. Wouldnt help the victim, of course. Damn, I am having a hard enuff job justifying tyres for truck as it is, without some dweeb sabotaging me!

Although I can understand the fustration behind the actions it doesn't excuse taking the law into your own hands and endangering peoples lives :x

If the owners really wanted to stop them i'm sure they could, fences, barriers, threatning signs with rewards leading to prosecution that sorta thing
