This should give you a good starting guide. There will be variances on the condition of your truck, timeframes and engine you decide on etc. if you do it yourself $5K if you pay someone to do it around consider $10K-$15K. Depending who around you it up to the task your freight/transport costs will need to be considered also if your current machine is not driveable.
