Southland rallies?

Anyone have any dates for the Curio Bay, Landslip or any other rallies coming up? (Southland) Keen to get out there again with my camera....

Curio Bay I gather has been scrapped this year. No idea on details.
Dunedin 19th October
Landslip 8th November
Then?

just turn up on the day, scrutineering usually about 9am for most of them

Yeah it's very hard to tell when they are.... Internet doesn't help, I had emailed the clubs organising previously with no reply.... Hence the reason I posted on here hoping someone who is entering sees and let's us know.

Nothing is kept intentionally quiet, how do you want to be informed?

Its in the club newsletters. Rally dates get called out at the events.

We are always inviting/welcoming new participants.

Email is good for me, I'm just keen to go for the photography and I love watching them....

I've looked on web sites (although not this season as yet so don't know if its on any this year) over the last 2-3 years and there is no information I had been able to find. I'm not a member of any clubs so not getting any newsletters - I had asked if I could get emailed them I think the Southland land rover club.

This site works well for events like this, I'm always keeping an eye on it, lots of Christchurch North events are posted. Not many southland (or maybe there's not many in southland?)

I'm keen to come along to any off road events trips if someone is wanting photographer!

So um, where is the Landslip held. A quick search suggests Pukerau, north of Gore, any one got specific directions?

Heading north, turn left over the railway onto 'landslip valley road' then right onto 'maxted red' which was signposted there last time. Follow that road. U end going quite high and through paddocks. Can't miss it....
