What is the 4wd light on the dash doing? is it coming on or flashing and beeping or just staying off? have your tried putting into low ranch and getting 4wd to engage that way (this way will only work if the low range sensor still connected)? Is the 4wd engage motor working? Manually engage the front actuator by hand - does this help?

And welcome to ore
Current 4wd: Surf Kzn185 ssrg factory Intercooled (yet to start build)
Past 4wd: toyota surf ln130, coil sas, 1uz v8 build

Hi the light does not come on could it be the 4wd computer ? when i push the button i can here a click but the vacuum on the add solenoild stays on the same side when i push the button out .It should go from oneside to the other.
tried putting it into low ranch still know go. could the add switch thats on the add actuator be faulty ? did water blast under it last week may be something happen then? i had it in 4wd 3 weeks ago

thanks

Are you sure it isn't the motor on the back of the transfer case? Your front diff might be engaging but not the transfer case?
