If i do decide to go with it can i get a dead chassis and put my live 107 body on it and get it certed for the dead chassis? Any tips if i decide to do it etc, cheers all

you will need cert, like for like swap can be seen as a repair or replacement of worn parts but if your original is live axle and the replacement independent may raise some issues.

Talk to LTSA or your local certifier, chassis will have to have a history and you will need to have proof of ownership but needs to be deregistered at time of recomplying.Body will bolt straight on but front drive shaft and steering shaft from column may be different.
