Hi Folks
I'm putting Eaton/Harrop elockers in my truck, front A11167 and rear A9334, and would like any hints or things to remember from you guys.
Also, should I get new bearings/seal kits from Terrain tamer (or anyone else) for each diff? Are the bearings destroyed when doing the job?
Anything else I should do?

may as well give it new bearings, it's common to do so when putting a locker in
89 safari, pto winch, 33x15 simexs. sliders,75mm lift . turbo intercoolered

Yep and solid pinion spacer, get rid of that crush sleeve. Its going to need replacing anyway, may as well upgrade to Solid spacer to avoid the possibility of preload getting slack and ultimately munching your r&p

I used yotamasters.com and Trail Gear for Toyo diff stuff when in the US, however Im sure there are local options too. Try suzolla/4wdstuff here on ORE

Not sure on the Surf but I didn't need any extra parts to put the e-locker in my rear 80 series diff. I put in new bearings anyway along with a solid spacer, got a Terrain Tamer kit from Performance Mechanical in Taupo.
