Not sure on the set up of the L200, but if its anything like a Pajero my recommendation would be to pull it apart completely and put washers in there instead.

No chance of them falling out then ;-)

Especially if you are playing around with things at home, then you can change things as you go :-)

Yeah just make sure you use hardened grade 8 washers

prefer shims just so i can quickly pull them on or off. are the washers road legal lol? and they dont fall out so long as the idiot at the tyre shop remembers to tighten the nut back up so that the top arm doesnt try escaping again.

if you don't want to use washers goggles your friend mate but they can be pricey little buggars or you could always go and pull some out of a few old wrecks at the junk yard if that suits your budget better :D

If they are the same as the Pajero I have a fair few sat on the shelf. Doubles and singles. Wouldn't want anything for them, just post cost. PM me your details if you want em, Cheers Andy

i can get ya shitloads as well. dont use washers as mitsi's are a bitch to shim as it is, using washers will be a #### of a time for the poor bastard that has to correct the alignment. they dont fall out unless the nuts are left undone.
needs more curry
