Detail Summary below:
1990 Toyota surf 260000kms
1uz v8 (1992) engine 94000kms following done before being fitted:
Cambelt, water pump, idlers, coils, spark plugs, new starter, ecu water sensor, alternator rebuilt, power steering pump rebuilt, ecu rebuilt
1uz auto flushed and filter changed, surf transfer bolted on back
2.5” twin exhaust exit out each side. 4 mufflers – nice sound to it
Walbro external fuel pump
Silvia alloy rad, falcon xr6 fans and shroud mounted to back controlled using a proper controller, air separation system
Big trans cooler, power steering cooler, remote engine oil filter
3” snorkel stainless steel. Surf air box with 3” inlet and outlet
Twin batteries
Prado solid beam axle, fully rebuilt, all bearings and seals done, new wheel studs and nuts, all steering joints have been replaced
4.88 ratio diffs new from trail gear in states, bearings done in both, open front lock right rear
Rebuilt front callipers, new disks, pads, hoses all round, new rear cylinders
Rebuilt steering box
40mm body lift and steering shaft extension
3” suspension lift, cobra springs, raw shocks, rear panhard drop bracket (front end a little stiff, rear perfect. Think shocks too stiff)
35” maxxis creepy crawlers and 15x8 steel rims x5. 4 have 80% tread left so still as new and spare never used
60mm water temp gauge
Boot window relay kit. Window works perfect and bypasses the factory sensors
Jvc cd usb head unit. 6.5” fusion splits fronts, 6” Panasonic rears
Front, rear and side bar work including tow bar
Rubber flares
Certed, wof and rego
Alarm, uhf and winch not included
