COSTA PLENTY

Post by skid »

Righto then.......

Contrary to popular belief or 4wd gossip the rumours are all false.

Costa Plenty is indeed open for business and the Costa Plenty 4wd Club is alive and well.

Goldie has literally just taken delivery of a bulldozer to clean up all the tracks but you are still able to go and play and the hut is still there and still available for the night.

Certain individuals have done their best to give the place a bad rep but its all going well.

The yearly teams event is currently on hold for a year or two for now but you can still play at the property anytime you like.

Cheers

That is good news Skid.

Never quite made it there when I was I the North Island... But maybe when I return.

I went to Lahar Farm at Horopito and that place was awesome. I went 10 years ago, doesn't seem that long ago. But Lahar's weakness was that it didn't matter how big your tyres were or where you played..

That freedom was awesome for drivers but proved too damaging for the tracks... Remember back then 33's were huge and 35's were insane!

Lahar now only do trophy hunting on their land.

I hope Costa Plenty look after their tracks. Given they have just gotten hold of a bulldozer theni guess they do?
