Upgrading my TD27 terrano

Ive found a mint deal on somone wrecking a terrano td27 and im asking for all the turbo components off the engine to upgrade my non turbo td27
Is it a big job plumbing in the new turbo and what parts do i need?
So far im getting the Intake and exhaust manifolds oil filter mount turbo first 500mm of exhaust off back of turbo air box water feeds
what else do i need and what do i need to plumb it in? :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Oil feed. Sump for drain back and top half of turbo injector pump.

Lower half of thermostat housing as one of the turbo coolant hoses attaches to it.

Although its all bolt on stuff, it,d probably be easier with engine out. Especailly the injector pump change over....might aswell just do a engine swap with the seller or buy the turbo motor outright.
