Why exactly are you wanting to lift?
What sort of lift, regardless though it's always easier & safer with an extra pair of hands.

Gear levers will be hitting the body or shifter boots, remove them and move the levers into the various positions to see where. To fix you can either cut offending areas or bend the levers.

You could but that would mess with the driveshaft angles and may cause vibrations.

Probably a stuffed clutch release or spigot bearing, gearbox or motor out job to replace but bearing itself shouldn't cost too much. Probably best to replace clutch and machine flywheel at the same time depending on clutch condition.

You are legally required to have a cert for bodylift to get a WOF. However there are probably places that will pass it without cert.

if they do notice they either A. give you a wof anyway and don't worry about it or B. fail your vehicle and send you around the corner to see the lvvta certifier guy to lighten your pockets a bit and give you the compliance you need to pass a wof :D

depends how much you want to spend and what your using the vehicle for.

auto lockers start at $400 + fitting, few manual lockers, up to 2k+ plus fitting for eaton harrop E-locker.

depends what is made for your vehicle.

they all have pros and cons.
1996 vzn185 surf, TRD supercharger, GQ SAS, 37s, 3" lift, 2 lockers, double cabbed + more happening.
