Prado 1KZ into 04 Hilux

Doing an ecumenical replacement on an 04 1kz hilyx. Found a Prado 1kz engine for a good price and just wondering if anyone has tried this? How much needs to be swapped over? Sump, manis, injector pump?

What motor is in hilux at moe?

1kz. Same motor but think they swaps bits and peices

So you want to swap from a 1kz non intercooled to a intercooled?

Why not swap interooler and inlet manifold and vlve cover onto your current motor to save you alot of work?

Motor will swap over tho if you want to do straight swap

04 hilux has a fly by wire throttle and prado is cable so there alot to change over...

Yeah I'm not to worried bout manifolds and that its the sump I don't want to swap

Yer but im saying just swap the intercooler, manifold and valve cover instead of doing motor swap cause it will be a hell of alot more work...

If your doing motor swap better swapping sump think prado one different
