Project Pajero #10- Communications

Hi Ya all

Well I finally managed to get around to installing the radio communications into the Pajero.

The club I belong to uses UHF (PRS) radios, so I installed an in car unit, as well as installing a CB radio as other clubs and users still use these.

Luckily for me the Pajero has plenty of spaces in the centre console to do this, however a down side is I now look like a TV repeater station with the amount of aerials I have on the front of my truck.

If anyone is interested I have some pics of the install.

I'd be well interested to see the pics you have.
My last wagon had SEVEN antennas of various sizes, so I can appreciate what a TV repeater station on wheels looks like.
I am limmiting myself to four or five on my new truck. SHE thinks 3 is enough. But I will win in the end

Yippee I won, The grey ghost is now sporting a new UHF antenna on the RH front guard. That brings the total to four 8O
Now I have Scanner, HF CB, UHF(PRS) , Music
o.k so it looks a bit like a hairbrush on wheels, I Love it
