hi im looking to get more out of the engine what can i do links/ phone number would come in handy

turbo charge that son'a bit*h :mrgreen: . or see if a wrecker will swap your barra engine for a turbo one + some cash.

All factory bits, all bolt in and easy horse power.

there's nothing simple and free that's going to give you a significant increase in hp :D , there's lots of simple cost effective things you can do for minor hp and torque increases but if you want bigger significant gains start throwing some money and labour and parts at it to strangle everything you can get out of it or sell it and buy something with the engine and power you want :D

in laymans terms an engines only a big pump and is only as good as it breathes, the more and faster you can get air in and back out of it the better it will go so you need good flowing induction (forced :D ), exhaust, cylinder head(s) :D and cam as a starting point :D

Do some research on "chipping" the computer. There might be a plug and play chip available that could give you another 5%. Typically achieved by putting more fuel in and sacrificing emmissions when the hammer is down. Not sure what long term effects it would have on your cat converter...
